Welcome to the Social Sciences Academic Resource Center!
Vision
To support all students in the School of Social Sciences in pursuit of their post-baccalaureate
goals.
History and Mission
The Social Sciences Academic Resource Center (SSARC) was created in 1992 to assist
undergraduate students of the School of Social Sciences to obtain a competitive edge
for their post-baccalaureate goals. Grounded in giving students opportunities, defining
work ethic, and teaching professionalism, our Center has evolved into a one-stop location
to address an entire range of student achievement and academic success, including
graduate school admissions, career preparation, internship placement, scholarly promotion,
and community.
